How much does it cost?

Prices vary with different types of equipment and length of rental.  To secure a reservation for all rentals, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit over the phone or full payment if you book online.

Will I lose my deposit if I cancel?

Yes, all deposits are non-refundable.  We have a 48-hour cancellation policy.  If you cancel within 48 hours prior to your rental, you will be charged in full.  If you cancel outside of the 48 hours you will only lose your 20% deposit.

Is safety equipment included?

Helmets are included with every rental.  Mountain snowmobiles come with a safety and convenience package that includes an avalanche beacon and a backpack with a shovel and an avalanche probe. You may rent winter gear packages for $40/person that include a jacket, gloves, boots, and bibs or snow pants.

What are the pickup and drop-off times? Can I pick up the night before?

We open our doors at 8 a.m. and everything must be returned to our location no later than 5 p.m.  Rentals returned after 6 p.m. will be charged in full for another rental day.  Sorry, we do not allow any rentals to be picked up the night before.

Do the rentals come with a full tank of gas?

Yes, all rentals come with a full tank and you will be responsible for the cost of filling them back up.  We do this for you and charge you the price of premium/gal for that day.

Do you deliver? Pickup?

Yes, delivery and/or pickup’s are available in checkout.  Please call for a delivery quote and note: certain areas restrict us from pickups and deliveries.

Where can we ride?

Summit ATR has multiple suggested areas with various rider capabilities for all rentals. Click on “Places to Ride” or feel free to call and discuss any areas of interest at 406-581-5086.

What are Summit ATR’s rental requirements?
